I am a pretty standard size 2/Small in dresses & 26 pants. (can fit a 25 and 27 pant as needed) & fluctuate between 115-120lb regularly & it fits at each weight. let me know your 3 measurements and i can let you know roughly if it will work. I am 5’3.5” & wore 3” heels but there was plenty of length still for someone taller.
