Exquisite Lillian West wedding dress. The dress model 66277, originally a size 8 but altered to fit a size 12. I bought it brand-new from 'Silver Sixpense Boutique'. It's an A-Line silhouette that effortlessly flatters every figure. The sweetheart neckline adds a romantic touch. I also added sleeves (see photos) which I can include. They are attached with poppers so you could choose to have them on for some of the day, then take them off later for dancing which is what I did!
The dress bodice is beautiful, with delicate embroidery and soft boning. The skirt of the dress has a long train and 5 layers of fabric, including tulle. It's very light and makes you feel like you're floating on air.
It was genuinely very comfortable to wear all day and it fit perfectly with our countryside wedding.
As it was a countryside wedding, the bottom of the dress is discoloured from walking around outside during the wedding day. It's not damaged but will need dry-cleaning before wearing again. Please be aware of this before purchase. Otherwise, it's in perfect condition.
