This dress is NEW/Unworn!! Although I loved it, I ended up wearing a different dress. However, during transport some kind of oil-based cleaner spilled on a small section at the very bottom of the dress (2 spots). I believe it could be removed somehow (either the spots themselves or the layer). It’s unfortunate that it happened but again the dress other than that is in perfect condition! that is the only reason why I can’t consider it in “new” condition. Pictures included. The dress did not come with the sleeves- I would consider selling them with if contacted about them! I am only wearing one sleeve in the video. The dress itself is strapless. It’s gorgeous and I love the deep-V, clear sequins, and pockets!
