About the Dress

From the moment I tried on this Gabrielle dress by Maggie Sottero in the store, I fell in love with how beautiful, unique and fun it is! The asymmetrical pleated bodice is sheer with boning and a basque waist gives you the most flattering figure, with a sash of fabric sweeping over the bust to add some coverage. The dress is form fitting in the bottom as well, with a high slit on the front left leg. It is a zip closure with buttons all the way down the back and train. This dress was only worn for photos and the ceremony, 3-5 hours. It has been dry cleaned. I felt so beautiful in this dress and I know you will too!

Alterations

The sash fabric was used to add additional fabric to cover the bust. The dress was let out, shortened to my height and the lining of the train was removed due to it being heavy fabric.
