About the Dress

Chic, sleek, fitted satin dress with corset structure and gorgeous draping over the bust. It also has a lovely rouched draping over your tummy and a high leg slit, both things that made me feel extra comfortable and sexy! Got so many compliments.

I wore this for my Rehearsal Dinner on the Friday night, paired with a delicate bird cage. It was the perfect counterbalance to my extravagant, decorative ballgown wedding dress.

So excited to share the joy and anticipation I felt in this dress, with another Bridey!

Alterations

I am usually a size 10-12 in wedding dresses, but since I have bigger hips, Avenue 22 suggested I order size 14 for my hips and then alter the bust and waist to be smaller. So this is a split size dress. If helpful, in inches my measurements are: Bust: 35.75, Waist: 30.00, Hips: 40.50, Ordered Dress Size: 14
