The gown is brand new, still with its tags. Although it is a David's bridal dress, I bought it at a local boutique. I decided not to use it for my wedding because it is not my size, and alterations would have been too expensive. I was not able to return the gown since the boutique closed, but it is still in perfect condition and has never been worn!
