The Dress

I'm selling my beloved Truvelle wedding dress to make room in my apartment. It is size 4 with some alterations. Silk sash included. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned a couple of days after the wedding, and it's stored in the original dress bag from Truvelle. I'll also include a bridal hanger shown in the photo.

This dress photographs so beautifully well, not to mention it was super comfortable to wear for the whole day. It was my dream wedding dress and I received tons of compliments throughout the wedding day.

This gown features a plunging neckline, open sides, and a striking back. The skirt is made of 10 yards of hand-draped chiffon, which catches movement and the wind perfectly. The lace bodice and off-white chiffon skirt is tied together beautifully with a silk bow that is both elegant and dramatic.

The bodice is lined with a stretch satin, and lies close to the skin. Minimal support is provided through the straps and waistband, so it's most appropriate for those with a smaller chest.

Length of the dress was altered to fit my height (I'm about 5'5 and I wore 2 inch heels). Straps were also shortened but the excess length was not cut off, so they can easily be made longer. The clasp on the waist band was moved a bit wider to adjust to my waist size, but the waist band itself was not altered. The "V" at the front is also not as deep as the photo on the Truvelle website, it is crossed slightly higher. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
