About the Dress

This stunning custom-made Christina Rossi dress embodies elegance and romance, and it helped me feel like the most beautiful version of myself on my special day. The fit and flare silhouette accentuates curves perfectly. I'm a DD bust cup and it was custom-made with in-built cups for support. No need to wear a bra on my wedding day. The V-neck and V-back with hidden zipper was very flattering and extremely supportive. The straps provide just the right amount of support and grace and I opted not to have lining under the straps so they were sheer, beaded fabric. It was much more comfortable and more elegant, making it as comfortable to wear as it is breathtaking to behold. Because of the straps and the way it was cut, I barely felt the weight of the dress all night.

The dress was created by combining a few of the classic Christina Rossi designs and making it my own. Adding intricate details truly set this dress apart. Adorned with beading, crystals, pearls, and sequins, it sparkles in the light, and the nude lining made the detailing on the dress pop so much more. It also made the dress a lot classier and elegant and assisted in the great hourglass shape because the dress had depth of colour.

As an added detail that I had for the church, I added a gorgeous 3/4 overskirt in Mikado fabric. A higher quality and lighter satin fabric so it didn't add unnecessary weight to the dress and didn't crease and I felt like royalty walking down the isle with a beautiful train. I removed it at the reception to be able to dance easier and to showcase the full extent of the beading under the light. The dress also has an inconspicuous button on the back under the bottom to bustle up the dress for dancing. The dress also has its own small train that I had out for the reception entrance and cutting of the cake etc.

As a bonus, I’m including the exquisite veil that complements the dress beautifully. My veil is very simple, it's a simple 2 tiered, cut edge veil with no detail as the dress has more than enough on its own.

This dress is one of a kind and was showcased on the Christina Rossi page as a one of a kind custom-made dress. Something they had never created before.

It was a joy to wear, and I want another bride to experience its magic. This dress holds countless cherished memories, and I can't wait for it to help create new ones for someone else.

Alterations

Minor Alterations were made to the waistline and the bustline to make it fit nicer and felt more supportive so you don't feel the weight of the bottom part of the dress.
