About the Dress

Jesus Peiro 933 A striking, romantic dress with a full pleated skirt, deep v-neckline and delicate bows to each shoulder. A perfect choice for a timeless, elegant wedding! Off white mikado fabric. Catches the light beautifully. Has pockets! This is very helpful for topping up lipstick but also having somewhere to put your hands if like me you don’t know what to do with them in photos! The waist is extremely flattering and is very comfortable. I didn’t want to take the dress off! I loved dancing in it and there is a built in bustle. There is a very pretty button detail down the back which my seamstress extended. I wore a pettitocat for added drama which is also available. I could not recommend this dress more! I hope I can give it a second life as I had the best day wearing it. Alterations

The dress has been taken in at the waist and cup and the hem lifted. I am a size 8. I am 5’7 and wore 2 inch heels. I am a 32C and did not need to wear a bra and felt very supported because of the built in cup. My seamstress left in the fabric for the dress to be taken out again. It started life as a size 12 so there is scope to make the dress fit you well. If you need a seamstress I have an excellent one I would recommend in Windsor. The dress will need dry cleaning when you have it altered. The hem will need cleaning but if you take it up then this would be removed. There is scope in the dress to be made longer if you are taller as well due to how it was altered. Please let me know if you would like to try on! I work in London and live in Northamptonshire.
