The dress was bought brand new in Feb 2022 and I picked it up October 2022 when it was ready. The dress was perfect, the man was not, lol. So yes it is “used” bc I tried it on when it was picked up in Oct. 2022. But the dress is “brand new” because it was never worn and has been in a garment bag ever since. Non smoking household.
