About the Dress

"Dean" is a gown of carefree elegance from the GALA collection Darling. This A-line beach-vibe beauty features a bra-styled cut-out corset and off-the-shoulder bowed ribbons that merge with a chiffon skirt and a daring high side slit. Perfect for the free-spirited bride, Dean offers light-hearted style and maximum movement. An unconventional choice for your special day, this stunning gown was also worn by movie star Vanessa Hudgens on her own wedding, making it a true statement piece for modern brides.

Included with the gown is a handmade Spanish lace blazer with delicate pearl buttons, a closed-back design, and a beautiful stand-up collar, adding a touch of timeless elegance.

I am a size 36/38, and once zipped, the dress fits comfortably to this body type. Additionally, I have extra fabric remnants from the alterations, which will be included.

The shoes seen in the photos (size 37) can also be added to the price—this is open for discussion.

Alterations

The dress was custom tailored to my height, and additional material was added to the bottom of the skirt, as it was originally completely see-through. The body of the dress features built-in panties that are seamlessly connected to the corset, so no additional underwear is necessary for a smooth and elegant look. The extra material from these alterations is still with me and will be included with the dress.
