About the Dress

This stunning discontinued Newhite IV gown was an absolute DREAM to wear! As the photos suggest, I eloped in France and the material of this dress made it super easy to travel with. Even tightly packed in a compression cube in a carryon, this dress came out completely wrinkle free! Despite it being mid June I wasn’t too hot since the fabric is so light weight. The cherry on top? Locals were feral for this look. People were constantly calling out “tres chic!” and “magnifique!”, truly making that day so very special.

Although this dress holds such a huge place in my heart, I’ve reluctantly decided to part with it as it will otherwise waste away in my closet. It deserves to make another bride’s big day!
Since I did galavant around a major city, the train has some very minor stains which are pictured but barely visible because they’re so minor.
Measurements:
Armpit to wrist- 16”
Cuff- 4.25”
Shoulder seam to waist seam- 15.25”
Front waist to seam- 44” (altered for my 5’4” wearing 3” heels)
Train- about 76” from back waist seam

Alterations

The length was cut since this fabric doesn’t unravel, so the length can be made shorter but not longer. The same was done with the cuffs. Measurements in description.
Tie bustles were also added on the inside so the dress can be worn without the train dragging.
