About the Dress

The Wed2b Maribel dress is a sheath silhouette style which fits beautifully, hugging curves in all the right places while allowing ease of movement. The sweetheart neckline has 'peekaboo' lace inserts at both the front and back with sequins sewn into the front lace. The back has a cowl which can be detached on one side to get in and out of the dress easily. The bodice has beautiful draping and the back has covered buttons that run the full length down to the hem of the train. It was worn for 6 hours and then professionally dry cleaned. Dry cleaning label still on garment cover. A video and pictures of the dress is still available to see on the Wed2be site.

It has special 'supportive 'bra' style inserts which means no need for any corset/strapless bra etc. I also have a low back Wunderskirt in small which did not get worn in the end as it was such a hot day. It does give the dress more structure and allows smooth lines to avoid any VPL - I will happily include this in my overall price for the Maribel dress. I also have a Wed2be zip up garment cover and Wed2be zip up dress box which I will also include in the price and send the dress packaged in.

Alterations

The front of the dress was taken up by a qualified seamstress to fit my height of 5ft 6 inches wearing 3 inch heels and then tapered so that it ran seamlessly into the full length train. Supportive 'bra' inserts were also added so no corset or strapless bra needed.
