I am 168cm tall and wore a 7cm heel on the day. This dress unfortunately doesn't have a size as it was made to my measurements however, the fitted bodice has three different loops so it can be hooked on to alter the size. I'd say it would fit a 10-12. You could easily just have the bottom half of the dress altered.
