Very dramatic blue dress. Dress is a shimmer blue colour which glows in the sunlight. Fitted bodice with built in bra. Very wide skirt but is not heavy due to the fabric so is comfortable. Skirt can be bustled and easy to walk in and sit and eat and dance! Full train when out is very long as shown in photos excellent prop for use in photos for fun spins and throwing the train. Thigh split is 3D with different layers reaching a peak and showing the leg however is not too high exposes from mid thigh. Super fun to wear is a real one off piece as this design has only ever been made in white until this piece.
