Brand NEW in garment bag. Never altered! Plans changed and I never used the dress. It fit like a glove. My measurements are almost exactly as the size of the dress so it didn’t need alterations (size 8 dress measurements: 36.5” bust, 28” waist, 40” hips). It has an elastic band inside around the top which you can use to keep the dress in place so it doesn’t slide down even with the long train. Really cinches at the waist.
