I am 4'11. Dress has been custom made to be off the shoulder but originally is strapless. Purchased from David's Bridal. The dress has a train but can be pinned to the back. Has about 4 layers of fabric in the skirt of the dress. Lace pattern. Veil included, matches pattern of dress.
