Yulia Mcauley, Custom Gown

$6500 OR NEAREST OFFER I worked alongside Yulia Mcauley to create the custom couture wedding gown of my dreams. Eager for another bride-to-be to have the time of her life in it.

Fabrics selected from Saigon Fabrics including:
- Italian silk Mikado in ivory
- Organza lining
- Tulle and Crinoline

Details that make the gown more comfortable and functional for all-day wear include:
- Built-in corset so the dress stays in place (no need for tugging and pulling)
- 2.5 metre train which can be bustled at 3 points on the dress for ease while walking, dancing etc.
- 4 loops (to go around wrist) at different points of the edge of the skirt for easy walking, dancing etc.
- Tulle sandwiched between the Mikado and lining to give the skirt its shape and ensure it does not collapse when you move)
- Crinoline sandwiched between the Mikado and lining at the bottom of the skirt so it holds its shape and “floats”
- Comes with petticoat to give the skirt extra body

Other details include:
- Hourglass illusion in the bodice stitching (the stitching doesn't run straight up and down)
- Continuous panels from the neckline to the edge of the skirt
- Buttons down the back to conceal an invisible zipper
