Bought at Hello Beautiful Bridal in Kearney, Nebraska. I went back and was measured for the dress to be fitted. HOWEVER, it was never altered. The cups are still in the original spot when I purchased the dress (they were supposed to be moved down). The dress was never taken in or shortened. One hook fell off out of the 3 for the train bussels.
