The Watters millie is a stunning A-line that gives classic but also modern with the straight neckline. I didn't wear the puff sleaves as I wore a cape, but I will provide the unworn puff sleaves. I wore the dress with the Jenny Yoo Giselle Bridal Cape. I've decided to keep the Cape but you could likely find something similar if you like the look.

The dress off the rack is for someone with a MUCH larger bust so I spent a fair bit of money to have the bodice altered to fit a smaller chest and fit like it did in the store. A five point ballroom bustle was added as well. All in alterations ran $1100. So this is a great find for someone with similar measurements. I did not have anything taken of the length. I am 5'8 and wore 2.5 inch heals.
