This Shell Dress by Rara Avis is brand new, completely unworn and untouched with tags and garment bag! It arrived and did not fit me so I ended up going with a different reception dress but this dress is so cute and I'd love to get to a bride who will love her! Retails for $1,800 with a 6 month lead time and I paid the $500 for rush delivery (2 months) - so I paid $2,200 total.
