About the Dress
The Goldie was the PERFECT choice for our wedding in Tuscany and I absolutely loved how it draped and flowed - Perfect in nearly 35 degree heat for our ceremony!
I got so many compliments on this dress and how simple yet elegant the style was! It falls beautifully. It has a bottom finger loop which can tie into the neck shown in photos which makes it the ideal dance floor dress.
I’m a size 10, and 5’8. I bought a Medium size in the Goldie dress and only took this in at the waist. I have a larger bust and hips and smaller waist and preferred a slightly more flowy / drapy look.
Comes with original box, original hanger, original protective bag.
Wear and tear
Along the hemline there are some small areas of pilling and small thinning holes due to this being so long and not altering the length. This is also shown in photos. The dry cleaners also pointed out one mark that they could not remove which is also shown in photos. It’s small (about 1-1.5cm squared) and is right down the bottom of the dress so if you get it taken up it will likely be cut off.

Alterations
- This is a size M from Grace Loves Lace
- I am 5:8 and a size 10 but with a small waist but larger bust and wider hips, so I had it slightly taken in at the waist by 2 inches
- No other alterations were made, although I should have taken the hem up as it ended up being quite long! My waist was 28 inches when I got this taken in however it wasn’t tight fitting but more to give shape which you’ll see in photos
- I could potentially have sized down but I loved how drapey this dress was
