This dress is brand new. It has never been worn or had alterations done. The wedding it was purchased for did not happen and it doesn’t fit into the low key intimate wedding I am planning. The dress has been stored in a garment bag in a smoke free home for the duration of having it. It needs a good steam to get the layers to lay properly.
