Selling Tara LaTour's dreamy, timeless Phillips wedding dress -- cleaned and in perfect condition. I loved her so much and am excited to pass her on to another future bride

Alterations
- Added A/B bra pad cups
- Shortened straps about 1 inch
- Shortened the bottom hem on the front of the dress to fit my height (5'7) plus a 2 inch heel (total height including heels = 5'9")
- Added a ballgown bustle, as shown in the latter photos
- The bustle involves 13 loops sewn into the underside of the dress and ribbons that are tied into the underside of the dress, creating a clean, flush tucked under look while ensuring the bustle is secure
- It takes about 10 min to bustle
- I'm happy to send a bustle tutorial video to whomever purchases this dress :)
