I’m a 5 foot 3 bride and purchased this beautiful Jesus Peiro 2348 dress from Ellie Sanderson in 2023. I fell in love with the timeless design and gorgeous, flattering chiffon sleeves, which pair perfectly with a veil (cathedral length included). Originally it was an elasticated cuff, but as part of my alterations I had a proper cuff with buttons put in.

I’ve had it altered to my size (I wore 3inch heels on the day but still had it covering my feet), but with a little breathing room as I hate when you feel like you can’t move in your clothes! There is a bustle on the inside to bring the train in, but I loved the length of my dress so much that I left it for the majority of the day on the wrist loop.

Because of these, and the beading on my shoes, the hem of the dress has slightly come away and gotten dirty. I was tempted to have this altered to remove this part of the fabric, but decided against it to be able to let the next bride try and play with length.

The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned (happy to send evidence) as has the veil.

I usually wear size 10 tops/dresses, and my bra size is a 32F. Comes in a lovely keep-sake box. Happy to offer more information! :)
