This is a Modeca Dress in size 8 with an over skirt from Rebecca Ingram Size 10.
This is a 2 in 1 dress with both options looking stunning. I wore the dress with the skirt for the ceremony and then simply removed the skirt for the end of my reception.
The skirt is not attached it just unbuttons and goes over the body to remove.
