I fell in love with the simplicity and elegance of this timeless Eva Lendel - Dana dress.

It has been worn once at my wedding in June 2024 and has since been dry cleaned spotless and professionally boxed.

For a big skirt / long train it is surprisingly light (it does not have multiple layers) and it moves beautifully. The satin fabric is beautiful yet sturdy. The bustle made it easy to move around during our reception and to dance in. The dress even has pockets which were very handy for keeping a handkerchief in.

The A-line cut was flattering and meant I didn’t need to worry about using shape-wear or if I was feeling bloated on the day. I wore the dress bra-less but you could also wear a strapless bra.

The dress was purchased in a bridal shop in Copenhagen and then made in the Ukraine. The size ordered was: 36 (bust), 38 (waist), 38 (hip). I am a 32C bra size and typically a UK 10 in dresses. The dress is not fitted at the hips, so I suspect this measurement does not matter much.
