The Dress

The most comfortable and gorgeous feeling to wear this on my wedding day. The quality of the fabric is so rich but felt so light and flowed perfectly.

The Aurelia Trousers
Channelling the luxe, opulent glamour of the 1940's, the Aurelia trousers are a fresh yet modern take on a tailored classic. The wide legged, high-waisted cut combined with flattering box pleats that cleverly conceal the side pockets, these satin trousers are the chicest approach to true individual aisle-style and instant wedding-to-reception glamour.

The trousers have only been hemmed from the length that they arrived. I am 172cm and wore moderate heels ? 4cm heel? Otherwise no alterations. So great to have the pockets! I was pretty nervous about getting the Size 8 AUS as I’m more of a size 10 but they were perfect. They are also beautiful lined- not see through at all.

The Darla bodice was shortened to allow definition of a two piece rather than the jumpsuit look. Straps are removable. Inbuilt padding is thin with good coverage. Top is size 10 AUS.

They have not been dry cleaned. I live in Broome WA and the water quality is harsh so I’m sceptical about the cleaning but can contact the dry cleaners for more information. Very small markings that will be easily removed. No major stains.
