I love this dress!
The top has beautiful lace and the train has soft tulle (does not feel rough to touch).
Dress has a bustle and only slight alternations. I am normally a size 6 and this dress is a size 6.
Alterations
The alterations were very minimal. I believe they slightly altered shoulder straps to help them fit me better. They added a bustle
