I had this gown custom* made by Winnie Couture in Boston. I absolutely loved this dress but ended up going with another option for my wedding day. This dress has never been altered or worn. It comes with additional fabric (3.5 yards) as I was planning to add a bow to the back of the dress. I measure 32 inches at the bust, but as you can see in the photo, there is extra room.
