I bought this dress new. It was a sample dress. I had it altered so that there is support in the bust and had the arms altered to fit my size. The seamstress said the arms size were not made for a size 12 dress. It has a bit of stretch so it was really comfortable to wear through the night. Added a bustle so I didn’t have to drag my train around all night.
