Measurements:
I usually wear US size 4. I am 5'8 (171cm) tall and 128 lbs. The dress is moderately stretchy, with in-sown shapewear, to fit your body perfectly. Buttons go all the way down your back. Shoulder sleeves are adjustable - they can be positioned higher or lower on your shoulders, per preference.

Alterations:
Only on the length to perfectly fit my height + 3.3" Heel Height shoes (I wore these: https://www.dolcevita.com/products/kanika-heels-vanilla-silk).
No other adjustments were made.
