Bettina dress by Wtoo. I never wore the stress, I purchased this on sale and decided on another dress for my big day. I am just trying to get my money back. The dress is in perfect condition, there are no missing beads or lace. There have been no alterations done to the dress. The loops on the detachable sleeves need to be repaired but this should be a very easy job and there is no damage to the sleeve itself. I was planning on wearing the dress strapless but you can do either! This dress is priced to sell. Please let me know if you have any questions.
