Beautiful vintage Catherine Rayner Steel/Silver Grey raw silk dupion dress. Ivory silk rose embellishments on skirt and off shoulder sleeves. Zip and button back with bow. Silk trimmed underskirt over net petticoat. Professionally cleaned and boxed since 1989 (hence creases in some images). There is a very small area of dark marking on minimal section of edge only of petticoat and one of the ivory roses at skirt front needs stitching back into gather seam, very. Totally unique and very pretty dress, much like a Gainsborough style painting. Lots of fabric in design, could even be restyled by seamstress.
