Alterations

I had it shortened but I honestly believe it was not because It was the same length when I picked it up unknowingly wore it on my wedding day
So at the bottom of the dress there are some minor tears nothing noticeable and probably could be shortened and back to not looking like it was ever worn
I’m 5’4 and wore 4 inch heels and was still long! Also I had the corset part made to match the dress it used to be see through
The skirt was changed it is more sheer
