The dress is brand new with no alterations, quite literally never been worn. The bride chose a different dress, but there was a no return policy. Beautiful button details all the way to the floor in the back. Mesh detail on the front neckline and the sides. The dress will need a good steam as the tulle skirt is very full and has been a garment bag to keep it protected. Other than that, the dress is in perfect condition. Does not come with the crystal belt shown on the tag.
