I have not had the dress dry cleaned but can if it's requested but may affect price. the top has been altered in a few inches but no length was taken off. I am 5'2 without heels but the slit made it easy to not need to take off length. the designer is a "Private" designer from the store i purchased the dress so they would not give me the name. The store was Jarvis Couture in Tyler TX. there are also faux buttons down the entire back
