The Dress

This is a beautiful ivory Maggie Sottoro dress with elegant hand embroidered beading covering the whole of the corseted bodice, which sparkles in the light. The neckline is strapless with a gentle and modest dip in the middle of the front of the bodice rather than being a full sweetheart shape. The dress has ruching all the way round and a train which can be taken up and attached underneath the dress. The dress comes with a circular hoop to go underneath which helps to flair out the lower half of the gown. The ruches or ruffles of gathered fabric create a soft ripple like effect and within each gather extra embroidered beads have been added for more understated sparkle. This dress made me feel like a genuine princess. The fitted corset was perfect to show off my hour glass figure and it felt so elegant, classic and traditional. The gown rustled as I lifted the sides up off the floor slightly as I moved. The condition is pretty much perfect. It was dry cleaned and is carefully stored in acid free tissue paper in a beautiful ivory dress box. I am hoping to sell it on to someone else who will enjoy it and love it on their wedding day as much as I did. I am open to offers regarding price and can be flexible with shipping costs.
