Brand new dress by Chic Nostalgia!
The only thing that was altered were the sleeves. They were a bit too poofy so we cut some of it out and they are detachable. You can definitely get sleeves separately and attach if you feel inclined to do so
I never wore this dress so it's in brand new condition!
