Liz Martinez "Rain" bridal gown with customisations (Hydra SS22' collection, made and worn in 2023).

Liz Martinez is a young, Israeli bridal gown designer known for her innovative and artistic approach to bridal fashion. Each dress is meticulously crafted with the finest materials and attention to detail, ensuring that every bride feels both beautiful and unique.

I felt beautiful in this gown, which perfectly suited our romantic, garden-style wedding. I wore this gown for the whole day, from ceremony to dancing, as it was comfortable and easy to move in. I was also able to change the look of the dress for different aspects of the day by adding and/or removing the full length sleeves and off the shoulder draping, without the need for multiple dresses.

Design Highlights include:
- Sheer bodice draped with pleated tulle and featuring intricate beading.
- Flowing tulle skirt with 2 front splits for dreamy movement with every step.
- A mixture of ivory and nude/blush tulle.
- Detachable sleeves: full length and off the shoulder.

Customisations included:
- Addition of detachable off the shoulder tulle sleeves
- Removal of external cosmetic boning
- Change of bodice bust shape to resemble the "Haven" gown

Colour customisations included:
- Bodice tulle: 1 layer ivory tulle (bottom), 1 layer dark nude tulle (middle), 1 layer ivory pleated tulle (top).
- Internal boning: ivory.
- Skirt lining: nude/blush chiffon.
- Skirt tulle: 1 layer of light nude / blush tulle (bottom), 4 layers of ivory tulle (top layers).

- Bust: 106cm
- Bra size: 12F (note: cup size of dress is D)
- Waist: 86cm
- Low Hips: 106cm
- Height: 166cm (plus 10cm heels)
