Altered size 16 brand new wedding dress. I bought this off the peg and have had it altered as follows:-
Taken in 2 sizes (to fit regular dress size 16)
Taken up
Bust area closer together (material still there, so can be let back out)
Cap sleeves removed (included with sale for extra material)
This has only ever been worn for alteration, I absolutely love this dress…. Just not on myself. It is lace top with tulle bottom. It has tiny sequins in the lace. Built in bra. The dress cost me £550 from the bridal shop and I have spent £100 altering it. I do find it still a bit long for me, Iam 5ft 3 and that was with small heels on.
