The columnar silhouette is framed by a banded off-the-shoulder neckline that flows to a softly ruched bodice, the hint of a Basque waistline, and a ribbed skirt for fluted, floor-length fluidity. With a stretchy jersey off-the-shoulder bodysuit, the dress is topped off with a floaty plisse skirt that glides so beautifully.

Worn for a rehearsal dinner -- some stains on the bottom of the dress that are impossible to see while it's being worn given the pleating/movement of the dress. See video for proof.
