The dress is completely brand new. It arrived on time for my wedding. I only tried it on in the shop and then decided I wanted some thing else. It’s pretty flattering and the bust and waist can be altered if need be. I have not done any alterations on the dress.
Underneath the skirt, the dress has a slit and can be worn by itself. Essentially it’s two dresses in one. Without the skirt, the dress turns into reception gown.
