Beautiful Made With Love Elsie dress in Pebble color option. This is a size 8, but it has been altered to street size 4, but still roomy in the waist! It has been taken in in the waist, hemmed slightly, and the straps shortened a bit. The bust/bra cups have not been altered. Like new and was perfect for my wedding day!
