The Dress

Unfortunately this dress never made it to the alter. I am hoping some other lucky bride will wear it proudly. The dress is made by Hayley Paige and I purchased it this fall in Beverly Hills at JLM Couture. It is the perfect gown for a beach wedding - or really any wedding in my opinion. The softness of the color and many layers of the train are romantic and simply gorgeous.
The dress is silk organza fit-to-flare with sheer corset back, asymmetrical bodice and shimmer ombre petal skirt with chapel train. The color description is "Ivory/Shimmer" and product code is 6262. It was a sample gown and has a few minor places that would need being sewed (small snags). For that reason I am also including the $100 gift card for the gown preservationist J. Scheer & Co. that they included in my purchase - since its a sample. The size on the dress itself is a size 10 but the street size has to be something much smaller... even with clips it didn't seem that big and I am a size 2- 4. If I had to guess I would guess a size 6 to an 8. In other words, I CANNOT confirm the exact street size. The listing required me to put something down so the number I put down is an estimation. The dress retails for $5400.

I never altered the dress. Minor snags/tears but was told they could be fixed. Sold as-is.
