About the Dress

This is a size 0 almost new dress that was tried on only twice for the alterations, and never worn. I bought this when I had last minute doubts about the dress I had chosen earlier, and then ended up wearing the original dress. But I would have been extremely happy wearing this dress, and it was not easy to decide which one to wear. The dress is very flattering! The dress is in its original Jenny Yoo garment bag. The dress is very classy and comfortable. The covered buttons down the back are fabulous.

Please note: The measurements above are from the Jenny Yoo website, not from me, as I don't know if I'm exactly the same measurements as I was 9 months ago when I bought the dress. However, please note that even though the Yoo website says the bust size is 33. I know my bra size was (and is ) a 34B, and I had it taken in slightly.

Alterations

The dress was shortened. Specifically I am 5' 2 1/2 " tall in bare feet, and I wore 3 1/2" heels for the alterations, so my resulting height with heels was 5'6". My bra size is 34B, and the bust was taken in. The waistline was taken in very slightly. A bustle was created. On the inside of the waist a ribbon waiststay was added that looks like part of the dress and is supposed to enhance the look of the dress. It is adjustable and can be used or not used.
