Brand new dress and I absolutely loved it! However, plans have changed and I unfortunately will not be able to wear it. I’ve only tried it on once and there has been no alterations made. There is beading around the waist and is strapless. The sleeves in the picture were just to see how it would look. The lace is also double layered before it flares out on the bottom.
