The shoulders were adjusted slightly but no length has been taken off and the train was not altered.

The overlocked hem has torn slightly, but is easily repairable and there are no pulls. If taken up it would be removed anyway.
I am 5'8" and wore 1.5 inch heels. Anyone under 5'8" would have no issue.
Pictures show it not cleaned. Will be cleaned before purchase.
