The Dress

I felt absolutely amazing in this Katherine Tash dress.

The bodice felt well-fitted and I didn’t need to wear a bra which worked well with the backless design.

There was enough room around the hips too and it made dancing easy with the flowing skirt.

The dress is in perfect condition, besides water marks on the under skirt that aren’t visible due to the long train. I have attached a photo and can share more for assurances. The dress has been dry cleaned so it is ready to wear.

Alterations

I’m 5ft 6inches and wore 3inch heels so we took the dress up to this height.
The spaghetti straps were also shortened so I felt supported. Fabric was also taken out of the waist at the back to fit my shape.
Due to the flowing skirt, the tailor attached fish hooks in 3 seperate places along the bottom to enable a shorter skirt during dancing.

Hips measured across - 20”

I bought a size 12, and brought the waist in.
