20 hook eyes in back+ zipper and 4 buttons (at top). Has a built in belt inside to help hourglass look. Not sure on the year made. Love how the dress flowed with the ruffles. Felt so elegant and beautiful! The train is not detachable. The train has a wrist braclet underneath. Dry cleaning only.
